Looks like Wave lucked out. Jet and Storm managed to get in touch with Shadow and Rouge then bring a helicopter to Wave's rescue. Salvation may have arrived for one more survivor, but the infestation isn't over yet.
Take my advice, if you are ever going to include any sort of active vehicle in a Gmod scene, then do find a character to fulfill the role of the pilot. Because even at this angle, he or she will be very much visible.
